2JKL completed the acquisition of Tom Orr Cartage Construction: a transaction that will complement its core construction business and allow for the expansion into waste management services.

The 2JKL Group is pleased to announce that it has completed its acquisition of the Tom Orr Cartage Construction business, a small regional company with 20 employees operating in the Ottawa River Valley in both Quebec and Ontario. Tom Orr Cartage Construction provides civil construction, site and earth works; access roads and street works; concrete slabs and foundations; petroleum installations; water works, drainage and sewage systems; waste management, transfer and disposal; aggregate supply and transport and construction equipment rental. The company will keep the same current business, operations and name of Tom Orr Cartage Construction, as well as, all of its present employees with the intention to solely expand.
